How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-5 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
Are Swig Life products dishwasher safe?
Most of our tumblers, mugs, and bottles are top-rack dishwasher safe. However, to preserve the vibrant finish and vacuum seal, we recommend hand washing whenever possible.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return window for unused products in their original packaging. Please note that personalized or engraved items are final sale and cannot be returned.
Do your products come with a warranty?
Yes, all Swig Life drinkware is backed by a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects to ensure your hydration stays cold and your peace of mind stays intact.
How long do Swig Life tumblers keep drinks cold?
Thanks to our triple-insulated technology, our drinkware can keep beverages cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping zones to more international destinations in the near future.
